Sign spelling test in copybook
We are starting addition this week and will have subtraction too. I am offering to order flash cards to practice with your child at home. I like these because they have the answers on one side. When first leaning math facts children should wee the answer instead of guessing. When they guess that is the answer that sticks in their head.
Each set is $9.67. They have a four box set also.Additon, subtraction. mutilpication, division for 32.99. Orders are due Monday, March 8th. Checks made payable to St. Margarets.
You will have notice that on the school calendar that Kindergarten conferences are scheduled for March 12th. Once again I will contact you if I have concerns. You may also request a conference if you feel you need one.
We may have a zoom or phone coference. I will be in touch shortly. It has been crazy with all this snow and more to come.

Don’t forget cooking picture and recipe.
Write spelling words one time, using green (name) spelling copybook.Spell the words out loud when writing them. Homework page should look like the page we did in school. Spelling test Friday.
Write one snetences using ‘orange’ in the blue (name) sentence copybook.
Ask your child what short vowel sound they hear in the middle of the word.
Math workbook pages 88. Please read directions.
5 Mins. of First in Math This part of your child’s homework tonight. Five mins. time out if they do not complete their homework by going on First-in-Mat
I will be hearing birthdates and phone numbers again this week.
Please start practicing addresses, this should be your 911 address.

Review once a week one phone number.
