Thank you to those who submitted their “Request to Serve” for Room Parents (K-8) and our SMRS Dads Club. Head Room Parents & Room Parents (K-8) will be selected by Sr. Michele by the end of September. PS3/PK4 Head Room Parents/Room Parents will be contacted by their classroom teacher. Dad’s Club members will be contacted by the Club Chair, Mr. Brandemarti.

Sign-Up Genius links to volunteer for our various event committees will be offered throughout the year. Please feel free to sign up for as many events as you wish.

Volunteer Clearance Credentials

Kindly note, all volunteers MUST have updated Volunteer Clearance Credentials (Fingerprint & Virtus) on file in the Main Office. If you are unsure of your clearance status, contact Mrs. Karen McCurdy.

Below is a list of Virtus Session for new volunteers – those who have never attended a session in prior years.

11/21- Gloucester Catholic High School, Gloucester – Unlimited Seating Available
11/30 – Our Lady of Hope Parish, Blackwood – Unlimited Seating Available
12/03 – Mary, Mother of Mercy, Parish – Unlimtited Seating Available
12/19 – Christ the King School, Haddonfield – Unlimited Seating Available

If you are a current SMRS volunteer and need to renew your Virtus status, your 5 years has lapsed, contact Mrs. Karen McCurdy in the Main Office. Virtus renewal has changed and is now virtual. She will be able to assist you with the details for renewal.

To obtain the Fingerprint Agreement Form and receive the SMRS Volunteer Code number for fingerprinting, contact Mrs. Karen McCurdy in the Main Office.
