Sunday 1/29 – Celebrating our Parishes
- Encourage students to wear school uniforms when attending Mass this weekend
- Cookie Treat with SMRS stickers (St. Margaret & St. John Vianney, Incarnation)
- Student Council Letter to be printed in parish bulletins (IJP & Incarnation)
Monday 1/30 – Celebrate our Communities
- Collection of personal goods for Good Shepherd Dining Hall, Bridgeton. (Pre-K-2 Toothbrushes and Toothpaste, Gr. 3-5 Soap & Deodorant, Gr. 6-8 Body Lotion and Shampoo)
- Color prayer cards that will be provided
- Bag personal goods with prayer card for your class – baggies will be provided. (Gr. 6-8 products will be collected and boxed.)
- Student Council will come to collect personal goods from classes beginning at 1pm.
- Prayer Service – 2pm in the church – Gr. 3B to facilitate.
Tuesday 1/31– Celebrate our Students
- Themed Casual Clothes Day – 60’s Day – Hippie style or Psychedelic style clothing would be the fashion era. We strongly caution students to avoid the following items when making their outfit selections: NO miniskirts, NO open shoulders/stomach/midriff, NO offensive logos/wording on shirts. All skin must be covered – tights/tall boots must be worn with skirts that expose lower leg. Skirts cannot be shorter than 2 inches above the knee. If students come to school in outfits deemed inappropriate for school, students will be directed to call home to change into their gym uniform for the day. If students do not want to participate in the Casual Clothes theme, they are welcome to wear their gym uniform to school.
- Ice Cream Treat for students at lunch PS3, K – Gr. 8 on Tuesday, PK4 on Wednesday. Lunchtime Event (Surprise)
- Art & Music Festival 6pm – Student performers, choir, band in-person. Refreshments provided by volunteers.
Wednesday 2/1 – Celebrate our Nation
- Parent Visiting Day & Open House Event 9am to 11am – Religion Fair open for viewing in the gym
- American Flag Pen Sale – $1 each – All proceeds benefit 1st Lt. Salvatore Corma Scholarship. We also welcome good-will donations to benefit this scholarship fund.
- Military Prayer Service – Held in the gym 1:45pm – All active and veteran service members invited to attend.

Thursday 2/2 – Celebrate Vocations
- Each class will create a Spiritual Bouquet to be sent to seminarians, priests, and religious sisters. Template will be provided by Sr. Michele. Please deliver your spiritual bouquet to the Advancement Office by the end of day.
- Sr. Michele, Sr, Josie and Sr. Vilma will be visiting classrooms to talk about vocations.
Friday 2/3 – Celebrate our Faculty & Volunteers
- Breakfast for Faculty & Staff – Available beginning at 7:15am. Feel free to arrive early to enjoy a hot breakfast.
- 8:30am Mass – Blessing of Faculty, Staff and Volunteers
- 10am – 8th Grade vs. the Faculty Volleyball Game
- 12pm Dismissal – No Faculty Meeting
- Family Game Night (Hosted by SMRS Dads Club) More Details to Come – Open House Event 7-8pm
Saturday 2/4 – Celebrate our Families
- Candlelight Family Rosary Event 2:30pm – Ministry Center. SMRS families from gr. 1-5 will lead a decade of the Rosary. Two middle school families will conduct the opening and closing of the Rosary.
