In accordance with the Diocesan regulations, pupils will be admitted to Kindergarten if they are five (5) years old by September 30th. First grade pupils will be admitted if they are six (6) years old by September 30th. All new pupils must present Health Records and Certificates of Birth and Baptism.

Deadline for Re-Registration & Sibling Registration for current SMS students is February 15.

New student registration will begin in January.  Please contact the SMS main office for more information and the proper forms.

Tuition Assistance Forms are in the office. You may apply online at www.smarttuitionaid.com for faster processing.  Our Program ID is CD301210000.  Application Deadline is 2-15. However, we suggest that you mail your application at least one week before this date.

Each family should also have received the information necessary to sign up for SMART Tuition.  ALL tuition payments must be done through the SMART program.  Completed forms for enrollment in SMART tuition program must be returned TO SCHOOL.  This is not the tuition assistance information sent home previously.
