Lorraine would like all memos, when possible, to go out this year via “PTA”
email. Linda Sesko will be drafting a notice to this effect. The notice
will be distributed to our current email list. It will be sent in all
likelihood the first week of September. We are also hoping to create a section
on the website to archive these e-memos to eliminate "lost" messages.
In addition, we will be testing a form on the website that will organize the
flow of email changes to a central location.
