Spring Registration 

Track - Boys & Girls Grades 2-8 Girl's Softball Grades 7-8

Monday February XXX, 6:30-8 pm Parish Ministry Center, Parents must register their children in person. Late registrations will be subject to a $15.00 per child/per sport late fee.

Registration Fee: $50.00 per child/per sport

It is the policy of the Athletic Association not to reimburse the registration fee unless we cannot place the child on a team.

Registrations require a COPY of birth certificate.

Registrations also require a COPY of health insurance card.
