Winter Registration

Registration Fee: $50.00 per child/per sport

(Family Yearly cap - $150.00)

$20.00 Social Ticket

Each family must purchase a Social Ticket at registration

 (Please bring TWO separate checks)

Basketball - Girls and Boys grades 4-8

Cheerleading - Girls grades 3-8

It is the policy of the Athletic Association not to reimburse the

registration fee.  All children that sign up for a sport will be placed on a team.

**Basketball registrations require a COPY of birth certificate.

**ALL registrations require a copy of health insurance card.
